Communication specialist - Full time - Fyshwick, ACT
Communications: -Prepare job advertisements (long form and social media) - Design, advertise and promote available positions through our platforms using our current technologies (Hootsuite) - Develop and publish social media advertisements for roles - Develop and publish videos for roles - Maintain and manage changes/updates to the website - Develop and distribute emails to candidates through Mail Chimp - Assure compliance with Pipeline Talent’s branding in all material - Draft blogs and newsletters - Highly attuned creative development skills - Experienced in developing strategic content and social media plans that meet company objectives - Ability to execute content and social media campaigns that meet short and long-term KPIs. - Demonstrate organisational and time management skills - Have a strong eye for detail and an even stronger work ethic - Be able to work efficiently and effectively to deadlines, being proactive and solutions focused - Proven and demonstrable track record of delivering results - Understanding of social media and its latest updates - High attention to detail with aesthetic, grammar and tone of voice - Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing digital environment Marketing: - Develop and deliver marketing and promotional content and collateral - Office Management - Assist with various administration tasks as required - Ensure all filing and correspondence is appropriately archived - Assist in office upkeep with other staff Skills and Qualifications: - Communications Qualifications and/or related experience - Intermediate Microsoft Office skill - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent time management skills Behaviours: - Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team - Able to take a proactive approach to tasks and use initiative to promote the business and individual roles - Solves problems and brings forward solutions showing creativity and innovative thinking - Openly shares information and coaches others.
As part of a small team, you will work on supporting the team build a recruitment and talent development portfolio for a boutique agency. Working and supporting with a collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing all communications, marketing and promotions support for the team specifically, and for the business more broadly. You will build strong working relationships with your teammates and will be responsible for the quality, speed and creativity of all communications collateral.
