This position assumes functional responsibility and full accountability for overseeing the operation and performance of a specific allocated contract, as designated by the State or National Manager. Its purpose is to provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at all levels of service and act as an important conduit of information, reporting and implementation of direction from the State and National Management levels, to the client and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Assume accountability for the performance and presentation of the contract in accordance with contractual and budgetary obligations Provide accurate and timely information on performance, variances and accompanying action plans to State Manager Monitor and report on the incidence of claims, customer complaints and staff issues Regularly review contractual requirements and develop priority action plans Monitor day to day contract performance through statistical data Analyse and plan for future contract requirements, providing recommendations on same to State Management Monitor contractor performance and initiate action plans to address non-compliance where necessary Liaise with key contract representatives on matters of reporting and contract performance review Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and State and Federal legislative requirements across the contract on matters of IR, EEO, OH&S and ‘Award’ application Participate in issue resolution Ensure compliance with the Contractor Code of Conduct Ensure KPIs for staff are set and adhered to, in line with contractual obligations Provide regular, accurate and timely reporting and analysis on contract performance to relevant stakeholders Review and action audit report outcomes Provide advice and recommendations on future infrastructure requirements Prepare and submit monthly report in accordance with contractual
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST DEMONSTRATE: Exposure to account management (desirable but not mandatory) Strong communicator – both verbal and written Ability to write and deliver reports for senior management and client stakeholders in tight timeframes Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated, self-starter who can work unsupervised Competent record keeper with methodical filing and document tracking skills Ability to participate in and contribute to monthly client meetings Ability to drive compliance across multiple sites and report on compliance measures Ability to drive KPI performance across multiple sites and deliver regular KPI reporting for senior management Ability to interpret contract agreements Financial acumen – read and breakdown a P&L, follow up outstanding debt, provide quotes and provide regular billing updates to clients Strong administrator with attention to detail Willingness to travel between Bella Vista (HO) and various sites in Sydney CBD and greater Sydney An interest in security (desirable, not mandatory)
