The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for student and consumer focused sales and communications. They are responsible for building brand recognition and increasing engagement via all digital pathways to reach more students, trainers, and partners. As a key member of the sales and marketing team, the Digital Marketing Lead is a key contributor to the ongoing growth of the organisation. Your accountabilities include: • Strategically develop digital campaigns that drive growth from new and repeat customers • Design and manage Benchmarque Group student, trainer and partner communications to increase engagement and Email Marketing Campaigns utilising varying platforms • Proactively explore innovative and new digital marketing opportunities • Analyse performance of AdWords and other digital campaigns to identify additional opportunities • Implement and optimise paid social media campaigns across all social channels (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc) • Use SEO tools to test design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic traffic • Liaise with external vendors (including accessIQ) for new site builds and implementing changes to maximise UX and lead generation • Provide feedback and insights to the entire team to improve sales and communications initiatives • Analyse and report on competitor activity • Identify any SEO issues and implement your recommended fixes • Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance, and forecast strategies across all accounts using data and insights from platforms such as Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
Reporting to senior management, you will have excellent planning, organisational, project management skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritise work according to business needs. The role is responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on a range of digital marketing activities across multiple channels to drive leads, conversions, customer retention and improve SEO. You will have the following skills and experience: • Sales, Marketing or Business degree qualified or similar is essential and minimum 3 years marketing experience in a marketing, communications or sales co-ordination role is highly desirable • Extensive experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre • Extensive Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with customer facing experience • Proficient with analytics and data analysis platforms including Google Data Studio and Google Analytics • Able to collaborate with peers to deliver team outcomes • Must have strong attention to detail, analytical, process driven, and results driven • Confidence to work with diverse stakeholders including senior staff, partners, trainers, sponsors, advertisers and suppliers • Strong relationship-building, customer service and engagement skills • Self-management skills to meet deadlines and quality requirements Essential Requirement 1.
