Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for mentoring and engaging the Job Coaches to drive positive outcomes, compliance requirements, account management and business development activity.
- Proven success as a Senior Employment Consultant within Disability Employment Services. This is a minimum requirement - Proven experience leading and developing others - Proven success in building caseload, and business development activities. - Established network and relationships with employers, training and community organisations - Be resilient, self-motivated with the ability to influence be flexible to meet and manage challenges based on Program outcome milestones
