This is a newly created role reporting to Principal Advisor, Indigenous Workforce Development. Working as part of this exciting and future focused team you will be responsible for establishing RMIT’s Indigenous Employment Brand and Indigenous Employee Value Proposition strategy and its implementation. The position will also have a dotted line to RMITs Employment Branding Manager and will need to ensure adherence to broader marketing and people approaches to branding.

Come and join our team, you’ll have: The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. High level written and verbal communication skills. Experience in any of the following areas marketing, communications, human resources or social media. The capability and commitment to continue to develop cultural competency. Ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage varying workloads and respond to changing priorities as required. Confidently and effectively work with colleagues, team leaders, and industry partners. Experience with a broad range of software packages and ability to quickly adapt to new technical skills. Ability to work autonomously whilst displaying a strong commitment to work in a team environment.
