The Executive Assistant (EA) role has a particular focus on facilitating the smooth integration of the CEO involvement in those external partnerships, with both government and non-government agencies, both formal and informal, addressing recommendations from the Reports. The EA has a pivotal communication role by making sure processes and activities expected by the CEO are carried out in a timely manner. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality, flexibility and efficiency while working under pressure. Key responsibilities involve: • Provide Secretariat support for external meetings. • Manage the daily workload schedule for the CEO. • Manage and maintain appropriate CEO filing system and database. • Participate in organisational goals.
