As an Operations Trainee, you’ll serve as an integrator to coordinate business operations and collaboration amongst the Operating Unit, with our Partners and Global functions. What You’ll Do for Us -Supports the Operations team to integrate all materials, presentations for sharing as part of the weekly and monthly routines -Liaises with the different functions for these materials in preparation for the important internal and external stakeholder meetings -Coordinates all the Commercial execution elements and materials -Is a direct hand in program support and execution of key programs along with the Operations Directors for national and regional programs. -Is key for planning and executing the different engagements with stakeholders i.e. markets visits, meetings, and conferences.
Experience -Understanding of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry -Understanding of Trade Marketing and Operations -Pro-active, hungry for learning, analytical & strategic thinking, highly adaptable and resilient. -Knowledge of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture and communities is preferred but not essential Communication Focus -Internal: Communicate with internal stakeholders locally and globally including key partners -External: Communicating with customers, key advisors and other stakeholders to progress and successfully deliver on key business development initiatives -Role models The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Values and Behaviours including leading and collaborating in a networked community Broad Expertise (Good to Have) -Commercial Planning -Channel/Shopper Marketing -Process Management & Governance -Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving -Digital/eCommerce -Able to connect the dots -Leading and collaborating in a networked community
