An opportunity exists to join our Transformation and Digital team as a Program Co-ordinator to support the delivery of on time, on budget and quality outcomes of the major project’s portfolio. You will work closely with the team to support the daily, weekly and monthly rhythms of action, and assess the requirements for all initiatives in the program to ensure that the appropriate level of support is provided for each. You will partner with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver activities which include: Coordinating administration and governance tasks for projects with input from individual project managers / coordinators as required. Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of project services, including scope and variation control, timelines and schedules, costs, estimates, quality assurance, risk and issue management, communications, procurement and contracts, and document control. Managing program level budget, expense management and forecasting. Maintaining a register of Vendor agreements and their approvals and ensure compliance to these.
