We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our Workplace Diversity team. As an Indigenous Diversity Officer, you’ll lead the attraction and development portfolio for diversity and inclusion. Your duties • Lead and mentor a team • Deliver cultural and career support to employees and managers • Provide guidance on culturally inclusive recruitment • Collaborate with other areas on the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
Skills and experience • An understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people and ability to communicate sensitive issues • Extensive leadership experience • Comprehensive knowledge of APS HR legislation • Experience analysing data
