Reporting to the General Manager, Indigenous Business Development and Engagement, the role is accountable for driving revenue growth and profitability in the Indigenous Services Business. It’s core outcome is to build a successful sales performance culture for Indigenous Services in existing and new markets. The position will establish and embed an effective network and community led sales capability reporting in all locations. It will manage performance against key KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders and will deliver and embed the Indigenous Services Community Engagement Strategy. This role will attract community minded business leaders with strong business and community connections in the Indigenous sector. Strong reporting and communication skills are foundational for success in this role. This role will require active collaboration between Indigenous Services, other Independent and Assisted Living teams (Health Services, Home and Disability Services and Residential Communities), other Australian Unity platforms and external stakeholders. The role will require a leader that can demonstrate: • A strong community focus. • Achievements in sales especially in the Indigenous sector. • Strong corporate and business skills. • Able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. • Strong reporting, monitoring and report tracking. • Engagement with Indigenous communities and businesses. • Develop and grow local business.
