As a Senior Manager in Australian Unity’s Indigenous Services Branch, the Operational Standards and Efficiencies Manager will design, plan and implement projects and initiatives aimed at improving the financial performance of the branches. Working across the organisation you will develop strategies and programs to attract, recruit and retain Aboriginal employees, and will advise about HR matters including coaching and mentoring AU employees. This role requires the following capabilities: • HR capabilities • Achievements across the range of corporate management functions including financial competency • Experience with working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and businesses • Capability to inspire through exceptional communication and strong leadership • Program implementation and change management.
You will have stand-out operational skills and a proven track record for implementing programs through sound project management and strong leadership. You will be a skilled HR manager and known for your ability to guide and mentor those around you.
