The Practice Manager leads the community of practice for service delivery of Family Connect and Support across Northern NSW and in partnership across Mid-North Coast. This key new role supports the implementation of the program model and delivery of high-quality evidence-based service both directly and through active participation in the program leadership and management space.
This is a complex role in a high-volume work environment, supporting a diverse mix of stakeholder needs and program implementation and delivery objectives. If you are passionate about embedding safe and effective ways of working in human services along with supporting collaborative workforce learning and development this is the role for you.
