The VACCA Case Management System team is responsible for building an Aboriginal evidence base via the electronic case management database (CSnet) that is currently being implemented across VACCA to centrally manage all information relevant to the children and families with whom VACCA interacts in delivering over 50 programs. The database embeds an evidence base integral to VACCA’s data sovereignty, as well as cultural and practice elements relevant to our role as an ACCO. The VACCA Process Analysts will work as part of a growing team with relevant program staff to lead the implementation of the CSnet database across VACCA. The role will be responsible for the broad range of tasks across the software development lifecycle from relationship building and requirements gathering all the way through to testing, training, go-live, support and maintenance (all phases except for coding). While a technical background is required, no coding experience is needed. About Us About Us!
