As a senior leader in Australian Unity’s Indigenous Services team, the Regional Managers are responsible for growing the Indigenous Services business through design and delivery of new products and services. These products and services contribute to building regional strategic partnerships to realise Indigenous Services’ vision of being Australia’s premier Indigenous, Wealth and Wellbeing business. The roles will be accountable for the strategic direction and operations of the Indigenous Services branch and for leading regional business pursuits, building and expanding regional partnerships, coaching and empowering internal teams to realise growth opportunities. These roles require the Regional Managers to be entrepreneurial – to have high levels of financial competency - and be able to think outside the box. The roles will require leaders that can demonstrate: • Business and entrepreneurial thinking • Achievements in the delivery of new business products, especially in the Indigenous sector • Strategic collaboration and ability to partner and work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and businesses • Capability to inspire through exceptional communication and strong leadership • Operational accomplishment and financial competency • Contemporary thinking to leading people and managing change
