You’ll work alongside our New Zealand People Experience (PX) Team and Head of PX to set strategic goals and deliver on them. You’ll play a vital part in helping us to expand our business and reach more amazing everyday investors in Australia.

You have great experience in recruitment practices and talent acquisition. You’re motivated to create remarkable experiences for everyone who applies to work at Sharesies and goes through our recruitment and onboarding processes. You have an excellent grasp of Australian human resource legislation and will be able to use this knowledge to advise on best practices when we co-create new processes, or when you’re supporting managers with reactive situations. You’ll also know when it’s appropriate to seek advice from our external HR partners too. You’re perceptive enough to recognise when we’re outgrowing a system or process and will challenge and work with our NZ PX team to come up with a great solution. You love making deep connections with people. You’re a great teammate who will be working closely with our whole team - which still has a cosy feel even as we grow!

You'll be primarily based in Sydney, where we are just beginning to set up a new offshoot of the Sharesies Team. We all work at least somewhat remotely and we're a very 'video-first' workplace, with plenty of flexible working options available for you!
