Reporting to the General Manager Legal Risk & Compliance, the Senior Reconciliation Action Plan Advisor will take the lead in implementing the RACGP’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and developing the RACGP’s subsequent Stretch RAP. The important communications role will lead RAP projects, and mentor staff to implement a range of value-add inclusive initiatives, whilst engaging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, including Elders and community groups.
With experience working and engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations you will have high level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated way of communicating to a wide range of diverse stakeholders at all levels.
