Our organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (Labour) to join our team. As part of this team, you will work on building a recruitment portfolio for a boutique recruitment agency. Working in a highly successful and collaborative small team, you will be responsible for building strong working relationships with your teammates, clients and candidates in this fast-paced environment. You will source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria; You will understand the labour-hire industry and have the technical depth of knowledge to become an active talent partner. Key responsibilities of the position include: • Actively contribute to business expansion to Pipeline’s labour hire client base • Actively source and qualify candidates • Manage your client's needs by filling vacancies daily • Maintaining strong relationships with your key accounts • Business development • Some rostered out of hours handling of client calls
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience and be able to meet the below criteria. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 yrs + in Labour-hire or recruitment • Quota or goal-oriented • A hard-working professional with previous experience in a similar Labour Hire or Recruitment role. • Experienced practitioner in a small/medium enterprise • Experienced computer systems and programs including Vincere, RatesCalc, Linkedin Recruiter, Astute to name a few. (desired but not essential) • Able to meet strict deadlines independently motivated • Work collaboratively in a team • Excellent communication, organisation and intra-personal skills • Proven ability to manage your time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to build relationships with different people and adjust your communication skills to suit your audience. • Positive and energetic attitude. • A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals, help the business achieve theirs and celebrate the successes of your team. • Strong cultural competency • Ability to be resilient and handle adversary maturely. • A flexible and adaptable approach.
