As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we have two newly created positions for skilled individuals with a natural flair for sales. These roles will be responsible for delivering sales outcomes by promoting our extensive range of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island experiences and products. You will bring value to our business quickly if you have existing networks within the Education, Corporate or Incentives sectors and have a great track record of building and maintaining relationships. One position will form part of our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for following the strategic direction as outlined by the Board. This will involve managing a small team and preparing regular updates and reports to the CEO and Board.
Our ideal candidates will be “doers” and have: The ability to quickly understand the services Welcome to Country offer and translate these into sales A natural flair to sell a product A strong, established network in at least one of our target industry sectors (desirable) Confidence, determination and energy Creative problem solving abilities A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior internal stakeholders A sound knowledge and understanding of issues which impact on Indigenous people and communities
