The CBE Student Recruitment and Partnerships team is seeking to hire two experienced student recruitment and partnership coordinators to assist with achieving the College’s domestic and international student recruitment goals and objectives.
We are seeking professionals with specific experience in domestic or international student recruitment. The student recruitment and partnership coordinators will play a key role in the following: - Support the overall domestic and international student recruitment objectives of the College by contributing to, implementing and monitoring specific regional strategies and reporting against objectives on a regular basis. - Co-ordinate and support virtual and face-to-face domestic and international student recruitment events and activities. - Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure high level of service to prospective students - Build and develop productive external relationships, which include institutional partners, government organisations, schools, colleges and research and industry linkages. This position is an engagement and outreach role, not recruitment in a Human Resources context.
SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful candidate should possess: 1. A degree in business/communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. Demonstrated understanding of the higher education sector and knowledge of government regulations for international and domestic students. 2. Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. 3. Demonstrate excellent event planning, project management and coordination skills. 4. Contribute to the development of marketing plans using an analytical, market driven focus. This includes high proficiency in the use of computer-based, office information systems, in particular, spreadsheets, databases, web applications and word processing. 5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders both internally within ANU and externally. 6. The ability to work independently to organise work priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 7. Be willing to undertake travel as required and work outside normal business hours. A valid driver’s licence would be highly regarded. 8. Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration) Salary package: $80,756 - $92,957 plus 17% superannuation Term: Full time, Fixed term parental leave cover (up to 14 months)
