Summary

Arcadia Landscape Architecture is a design-driven landscape architecture and urban design practice, with studios in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Arcadia is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Studio Manager/Admin Assistant to join our Sydney studio.

About the role

As our Studio Manager, you will: • Reception and welcoming visitors; • Coordination of internal events; • General administration and office management duties - such as meeting room and kitchen duties ((cleaning, dishwasher, coffee machine); • Overseeing the running of the office/studio – including arranging maintenance; • Setting up IT, offboarding and managing IT hardware; • Manage keys and other hardware; • Order stationary, food supplies or equipment; • Managing IT hardware inventory (laptops, desktops, monitors etc) providing basic onsite support; • Overseeing timesheet completion; • Assisting with project invoicing; • Liaise with third party IT supplier and managing software licensing; • Ensure invoices relating to payments are in our system.

Based in Pyrmont on Gadigal Country, the Arcadia Sydney studio is a fun, creative professional environment where you will work alongside a number of design professionals and support staff, including our design teams in Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra.
