1) Team Leader - Children and Family Centre As a Team leader, you will lead a team of Children and Family Centre Educators in the delivery of a range of support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. You will be pivotal in driving community engagement in the programs and monitoring the educational and care outcomes for the participants. You will work alongside the Director of Education to develop a commitment to children and families across the programs. Our Children and Family Centre staff works with families to build knowledge, strength and capacity of individuals and their families, to provide the necessary environment to optimise the trajectory of education and care for our children. Minimum Qualifications Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 2) Team Leader - Social Health As a Team leader, you will lead a team of Social and Case workers. The role will provide leadership and support in the delivery of a community based treatment program that facilitates rehabilitation, through a case management framework that focusses on counselling, life skills, education and harm minimisation techniques; and effective post-rehabilitation care that provides ongoing treatment and follow-up to reduce the frequent occurrence of relapse. The position will also manage a small case load of clients with complex and varying needs and identified issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Social work or a related Health Sciences degree 3) Team Leader - Family Wellbeing Service As a Team Leader within our Family Wellbeing Team, you will lead a team of Family Wellbeing Practitioners and Family Wellbeing Workers in the delivery of a range of support services delivering responsive community imbedded family support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families. Our Family Wellbeing Service works with families to build knowledge, strength and capacity of individuals and their families to provide the necessary environment to optimize the trajectory of health and wellbeing for our children Minimum Qualifications Bachelor qualification in Social Work/Human Services/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Criminology/Counselling or relevant field
