As our Workforce Development Consultant, you will proactively promote VERTO’s programs and services with employers whilst working with your clients to create opportunities for sustainable employment by: Developing strong ongoing relationships with local employers through cold calling, telephone canvassing, promotion, relationship building and general sales concepts Assisting participants to prepare for work by creating resumes, assisting with applications and mock interviews, working on strengths and overcoming barriers in appointments and group settings
Ability to create or build networks in the local community to promote VERTOs clients and services The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment Confident negotiation skills & resilient in your nature Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills Strong administration and computer skills Demonstrated experience as an enthusiastic team player Well-developed organisational skills and the ability prioritise competing demands A current NSW Drivers' Licence.
