We provide great candidates

The fact that they are Indigenous is a bonus

Pipeline Talent is Australia’s first Indigenous executive recruitment firm and we can put you in touch with outstanding candidates from our networks across Australia.

We bring you candidates who are ready to thrive in your management and executive roles – with the experience, knowledge base and aptitude to excel. All our candidates are ready to be appointed on merit.

Our candidates may have different backgrounds to your other candidates, different work histories and different educational opportunities – but the one similarity we can guarantee they will have is that they will be experienced and ready to shine in their new role.

Indigenous knowledge meets recruitment sector traditions

The recruitment model has been broken for some time.

Why else would dozens of corporate and government clients tell us they want to employ Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander executives but just can’t find them? Why do we continue to receive regular calls from recruiters who are commissioned to find Indigenous staff but have none in their networks? And why would many outstanding and qualified Indigenous executives fail to make shortlists when less qualified peers receive an interview opportunity?

Pipeline Talent brings together insight, knowledge and understanding from Aboriginal culture and fuses it with the service and outcome mentality required to succeed in the highly competitive recruitment market.

We seek candidates through diverse networks, prepare candidates so that they are ready to perform at their best during interviews and offer support to candidates for up to 100 days after they have commenced in their role.

We believe recruitment requires a personal touch, a recognition of culture and identity and support and understanding so that the leaders we place in new roles can excel.
