Coaching

Pipeline Talent’s Coaching program tailored for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders is built around structured conversations that helps executives to identify their strengths and challenges. Coaching sessions are an outcome focused process that guide executives towards achieving greater potential at work and enhancing their contribution to organisational performance.

Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leadership Coaching program involves a collaborative approach that emphasises setting goals, building on strengths, exploring options for sustainable change, seeking and reflecting on new perspectives. Our programs are designed to culminate in commitment to sustainable learning and action.

This means you set the agenda for change and the plan of action to achieve your goals within a supportive but sometimes challenging learning environment facilitated by the coach in the interests of your professional development.

We have provided many coaching sessions to emerging and senior staff in Federal government departments, such as Australian Bureau of Statistics, Department of Industry, Department of Health, Department of Finance.
