We are happy to provide advice and guidance on CV presentation to our Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates. If you need your CV written from scratch we can also complete this for you for a fee.

We are commissioned by clients to help them find great candidates for jobs that they have available. It’s therefore critical that we put forward candidates who are best matched to the vacant positions we have, so we put in a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure you will be a good match for any role that you are shortlisted for – and also that the role is likely to be a good match for you.

The decision on who gets appointed to the role is made by the employer, but we help with everything else to support the process of application, shortlisting, interviews and feedback after interviews. We undertake to get back to you with feedback whether you are successful in getting a role or not and if you get the role, we will stay in touch.

Our job is to support you through the process while we also make sure clients find the best candidates possible.

Interview styles can vary dramatically between organisations. When you are placed on a shortlist by Pipeline Talent, we will talk to you about the interview length, who you will be talking with and the types of questions that will be covered. We like to make sure that our candidates are fully prepared and completely understand the process before interviews begin, to give you your best chance at success.

Pipeline handles a range of temporary roles across the country, ranging from a few days to a year or more. There is a huge variation in the responsibilities and requirements of temporary roles, and we encourage candidates to apply for roles when we identify a good fit.
