About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Contracts and Reporting, this position will be responsible for performance reporting across all delivery areas of the Foundation whilst maintaining operational effectiveness and turning insights into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Responsible for coordination and completion of performance reporting across all delivery areas.
  • Relationship management with relevant funding bodies and service providers.
  • Improving the operational systems and processes in support of the Foundation’s mission.
  • Working with the internal key stakeholders to ensure programs/projects have relevant data collection and evaluation practices that align with all KPI’s outlined in relevant Grant Agreements

Ideal Candidate

You will have experience working with large data sets (contracts management) to provide key insights and reporting that influence strategic decision making. You understand governance, and are mindful of providing quality, data driven reporting and insights. Ideally, you will have experience within a heavily regulated organisation. Expertise in data governance, security, and contract compliance is desirable.

Skills and Experience:

To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge and experience of government, corporate and not-for profit contract management
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in data analysis and reporting as they relate to the assessment of tenders
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Government contractual frameworks, procurement policies and procedures, financial management policies and procedures, contract law, probity standards and other guiding frameworks relating to supplier management and contracts
