About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a senior executive. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to enable effective leadership and decision-making.

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating executive-level engagements, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent time management and communication skills. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and working independently while supporting broader organisational goals.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
  • A collaborative, flexible approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
