About the role

This newly created position focuses on coaching and advising our teams on the East Coast of Australia, leveraging comprehensive guidance and frameworks from our Head Office in Perth. Supporting the people and culture integration as LandPartners joins MNG, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of the employee lifecycle – recruitment, performance development, talent review, remuneration reviews and employment relations.

What you bring to the table

Working closely with People, Strategy & Brand (PSB) leadership team this role is responsible for guiding and coaching leaders in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and assisting in the roll-out of strategic projects and organisational development initiatives across MNG sites. Manage and facilitate end-to-end employment lifecycle process, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention and offboarding. Provide people management guidance and assistance in managing, performance, processes and conducting investigations as required. Support coaching and embedment of people and performance practices. Develop and assist with end-to-end workforce planning, including forecasting needs, job design and evaluation, recruitment and selection. Facilitation of the Enterprise Agreement Bargaining process. Conduct Remuneration Benchmarking and budgeting as required. Assist and support the PSB leadership team on the delivery of strategic projects as required. Assist in developing HR Technology Roadmap as LandPartners integrates with MNG.

Application Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role or industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders across the business, provide advice, guidance, coaching and support.
  • High level of knowledge and application in employee and industrial relations, including legislation and best practice (knowledge of Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
