About the role
The RAP Manager will lead the development and implementation of SCC’s Reconciliation Action Plan, playing a key role in advancing our commitment to reconciliation. This position will coordinate diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to foster a culturally safe, inclusive, and diverse workforce. The role requires a forward-thinker with strong project management and communication skills, and a passion for highlighting the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and clients. The RAP Manager will also support continuous improvement to embed reconciliation practices across SCC.

You are a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person with a strong commitment to reconciliation and cultural safety. You bring deep cultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating inclusive, respectful environments. Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders—from Elders and communities to executive teams—you’re both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You’ve led or supported RAPs or similar initiatives and are ready to help embed reconciliation at the heart of SCC’s work.
