The Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association (AIDA) is the national body representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander doctors and medical students. About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), enabling them to meet the strategic and operational demands of leading a national peak body. As a key member of the AIDA team, the EA ensures smooth coordination of executive-level activities, prepares the CEO for high-level engagements, and maintains effective communication with key stakeholders across the First Nations, government, and healthcare sectors.

About you
You will be a confident, highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a deep commitment to Indigenous self-determination and health equity, and the ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy.
You will be calm under pressure, proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO, and skilled in prioritising tasks and stakeholder relationships to ensure the CEO is well-prepared and supported.
