Within one week, we’ll identify potential matches from our database and personally pitch the role to each candidate. Once we’ve confirmed their interest, we’ll share anonymised profiles aligned with your needs.

If you'd like to move forward, we’ll release full CVs and summaries once our terms of business are signed.
Interview Coordination and Reference Checks
We coordinate interviews, manage reference checks, and act as the liaison between you and the candidate throughout the process. We handle scheduling, share updates, and ensure feedback flows smoothly in both directions - keeping the experience respectful, timely and aligned.

What is MobConneX?
MobConneX is a fast, flexible and contingent recruitment service connecting employers with qualified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander professionals for roles, typically between $80K–$150K. It combines a searchable Featured Candidates Board with the option to directly submit a vacancy, as well as tailored shortlisting and add-on support.
What is the Featured Candidates Board?
It’s a panel of anonymised candidate profiles showing key details like experience, industry, location, salary expectations and work preferences. Employers can browse these blind profiles and request more information if someone stands out.
What happens when I find a candidate I’m interested in?
You can either request their resume or schedule a call with our team. Once our terms of business are signed, we’ll release the candidate’s full CV and profile summary with their consent.
Can I use the Featured Candidates Board without having a live vacancy?
Yes. You can browse talent before roles are finalised. If you do have a vacancy, you’re welcome to submit it - we’ll match it against our database or run a short, targeted search if needed.
How quickly will I receive candidate options?
If you submit a brief or express interest in a type of candidate, we’ll share relevant anonymised profiles within one week.
What kind of candidates are featured?
All MobConneX candidates are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander professionals actively looking for work, across industries such as policy, operations, corporate services, community development and more. Roles typically range from $80K to $150K.
What if I need help with interviews or checks?
MobConneX is designed to be flexible. We offer optional add-ons like interview panel participation, scribing and extra assessment at an additional cost.
How is this different from a traditional recruitment process?
MobConneX gives you early access to active Indigenous candidates through blind profiles and removes the need for a long, upfront recruitment campaign. It’s a faster, lower-risk way to build your pipeline and make culturally safe hiring decisions.
