Tiana is the Head of Recruitment with over five years’ experience in executive recruitment, finance and general administration. Tiana supports the recruitment team across the full range of Pipeline Talent’s services with our senior roles directly led and managed by her. She has a Diploma in Business Studies and was a successful applicant for the Indigenous Science Scholarship for the University of Technology, Sydney.

Tiana and her family have been on a journey reconnecting to their Indigenous heritage tied to Gamilaraay people. Tiana is committed to supporting Pipeline Talent’s vision of placing Indigenous leaders at the forefront of decision-making positions across different sectors and has been key to our success leading numerous Executive appointments.
